Founded in 2021 by Pattaya Local, Akirah Jarujareed (Cooper) from her spirit making family heritage & love for making a top class local product. Pattaya’s first legal hand craft rum distillery, focusing on small-batch, traditional rum techniques using international standards. Uses Thailand’s finest local sugarcane molasses for rich, authentic flavor. Red Label : Made from local blackstrap molasses, matured and charcoal-polished in-house for a smooth, bold taste. Blue Label: Premium Rhum Agricole made in the French Caribbean Style.

Our dedication as a distilled spirits producer has led us to create another quality rum brand in Chonburi Province. This rum is made from freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, the “Suphan 50” variety, sourced from farmers in Ban Bueng District, Chonburi Province.
“Jolly Jack’s” is a product we are extremely proud to present. Furthermore, our product was selected as a Provincial Star OTOP (PSO) beverage product in Chonburi Province.
Inspiration: Pattaya, Chonburi Province, is a world-renowned tourist destination and boasts beautiful beaches such as Bang Saen Beach, Pattaya Beach, Jomtien Beach, Bang Saray Beach, and several other beaches in Sattahip District. The manufacturer is committed to producing high-quality rum with a unique taste and aroma, comparable to internationally recognized rum.
Therefore, Jolly Jack’s is a rum inspired by the sea and its culture, as well as its rich tourist attractions and recreational offerings for both Thai and foreign tourists. We aim to use it as a cocktail mixer, house spirit, and as a souvenir or gift from Pattaya, Chonburi Province, for both Thai and foreign tourists.
